How To Apply

Method 1 – WhatsApp/Email

Step 1

Please refer to “Insurance Plan” for detail coverage

Step 2

:

Choose your plan either Plan 1 or Plan 2

Step 3

:

Remit your insurance premium/contribution according to your chosen plan via :-

  • Internet banking (CIMB click, Maybank2u etc.)
  • Any CIMB bank branches
  • CIMB ATM transfer, cash deposit machine (CDM)

(Please retain the deposit slip/ receipt as a proof of payment)

Step 4

:

WhatsApp your details and proof of payment to +60 18 967 7956

Step 5

:

Your receipt and Insurance Coverage Letter (for visa/student pass purposes) will be emailed to you within 2 working days

Method 2 – Walk-in Registration

Step 1

:

Fill up / complete the manual Application Form at Etiqa Takaful Agency Office, Ground Floor, Block E, Perdanasiswa Complex, Universiti Malaya, Kuala Lumpur

Step 2

:

Make a payment over the counter according to your plan (debit/credit card accepted)

Step 3

:

Please obtain the receipt and Insurance coverage letter (for visa/student pass purposes) from the counter staff

For new international students/first-time applicants, kindly contact us via WhatsApp or visit our office in Perdanasiswa Complex (KPS) before making a payment.
